The primary purpose of the West Terra development project is to sell improved (serviced) mixed use commercial and high density residential parcels/lots ranging in size from roughly 1 acre to 5 acres within five years; however, these sizes remain flexible as the parcels can be modified to suit specific users’ needs as is feasible.
