West Terra Background

North West Developments was established in July 2014 as a land developmental company and structured as a Joint Venture (JV).

The North West Developments Group currently owns 146 acres of prime development land within the North West Area Structure Plan (NWASP) within the City of Grande Prairie, Alberta. In addition, its partners each own other separate parcels within the NWASP that collectively equates to nearly 400 acres of land controlled by this group and/or its partners”.

Neighbourhood

With West Terra adjacent to the New Hospital, it creates an enormous anchor for our development project and provides a very strong attraction to a variety of mixed use commercial and high density residential opportunities on a local, national and possibly international scale. In addition, West Terra is located within close proximity to the newly expanded GP Airport to the west, GPRC to the east, and Gateway and other shopping areas to the south. Also note that the new hospital and newly expanded airport will be connected with a major collector that runs through West Terra. In addition, the site is also located on the interim by pass (HWY 43X), which will remain as the main access from 4-mile corner into the commercial district and “new city center.”
