West Terra has completed the Outline Plan (OP) process (zoning and approvals) with the City of GP and Phase-1 (approximately 15 acres) is available for pre-sale. Off-site utilities are currently being installed and it is expected that Phase-1 construction will be completed in Spring 2019, with all other phases to follow as demand allows.
