Development Progress
West Terra has completed the Outline Plan process (zoning and approvals) with the City of GP and Phase-1 (approximately 15 acres) is now available for pre-sale. Off-site utilities are currently being installed and it is expected that Phase-1 construction will be completed in 2022, with all other phases to follow as demand allows.
It is anticipated that the commercial West Terra development project will be completed (sold out) within five years or by the end of 2025; This is based on demand and can change, but this is our goal.
